Life is just how you colour it
With Christmas Day over and done with, the snow slowly (but surely) melting, and with all the rubbish from wrapping paper and other lark in numerous bin bags waiting to be collected, things are still far from normal at the family household. With my littlest brother just a few days away from the big 1-0 (his birthday, obviously), and with the excitement of welcoming in the New Year the day after, it’s no big surprise! xD
Anywho, my littlest bro is currently enjoying one of his Christmas presents as I type this - a Nintendo Wii game called de Blob. When I first heard of the name, I thought at first it was a French or German game or something due to the de bit - you know how they have particles for the objects’ gender? Yeah. It actually turns out that the producers of the game are actually from Australia!
I must say, the objectives and plot of the game really got me intrigued. It’s original in the sense that I haven’t seen any games like it at all, and it looks brilliant. Still, I’m not here to give a game review (unless of course, you really want me too! xD).
To summarise the the game, you have to re-colour Chroma City and free the citizens after all the colour has been forcibly removed by the INKT Corporation, who have turned the entire the entire populus into Graydians against their will. The theme of “Life is how you make of it” is particularly strong (at least to me) in this game, and this is my message for today. Anywho, Happy Holidays, and a Happy New Year! :)
